Living on Live Food Level 1 Chef Certification Class
The Living on Live Food Level 1 Chef Certification Class will introduce you to several easy to prepare live food dishes. We learn 6 - 7 quick and delicious raw recipes directly from "Living on Live Food". I have books available for purchase. You are able to prepare all of these recipes using basic kitchen tools like a blender and a food processor. This is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to the ease of living on live food. Please come hungry because there is a lot of food for tasting.
When you complete this class you are able to recreate these recipes for yourself with confidence. Upon completion of the class, you receive the Level 1 Chef Certification signed by Alissa Cohen via mail and you are ready for Level 2.
There is a minimum of 3 people required to take this class (maximum 10). Class begins at 5:00 pm. It runs approximately 3 hours. Class will be rescheduled if there are fewer than 3 registered participants. Cost of the class is $125 which includes certification from Alissa Cohen. Registration must be made and the class paid for 1 week before the class takes place. At this time I am accepting payment by cash or check or paypal, please email me (thenicholsons[at]gmail.com).
